My phone cannot find my PC. Where should I start?
If your tablet cannot find MATRIC Server, make sure MATRIC is running on your PC and both devices are connected to the same local network. Avoid guest Wi-Fi, and router "client isolation"which may prevent devices from communicating, and temporarily disconnect any VPN on either device. Check that your firewall allows MATRIC Server to communicate on your local network — if you use a third-party firewall, you may need to add this permission yourself because the installer’s Windows Firewall rules may not apply.
A button does not trigger the expected action.
Check the assigned action and match its key combination to the target app or game. Ensure the correct app has focus. Different privilege levels can also affect input - do not run target application in Admin mode, avoid running MATRIC Server in Admin mode as well.
Will every game show live data on my panel?
No. Keyboard shortcuts and live feedback are separate capabilities. Live game data needs a suitable integration and configuration, such as DCS-BIOS MATRIC Middleware for supported DCS workflows.
Does MATRIC run on macOS as the host?
The host/editor described here is the Windows app. The iPhone and iPad apps are clients that connect to the Windows PC. Check official downloads for other client options.
